Privacy policy

In short and in plain words: what data you leave on this site, what we do with it and how to ask us to delete it. The data is handled by the Fir Tech studio.

01What data we receive

When you send a request, we receive what you entered in the form:

your name
Telegram or phone
budget
the task description
the estimate from the calculator or the builder, if you added it
a convenient time for a call, if you chose one
the page the request was sent from and the site language

02Why

Only to reply to your request and prepare a quote with a price and a timeline. We do not send newsletters based on this data or add you to any advertising lists.

03Where it is kept

The request arrives in our Telegram bot and is saved to a file on our server, so it is not lost if Telegram is briefly unavailable.

04How long it is kept

Up to 1 year after our last contact with you, then it is deleted. Earlier, if you ask us to.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. The only exception is the technical services the site cannot work without: Telegram (requests arrive through it) and the hosting the site runs on.

06Your rights

At any time you can ask what data we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. We will reply and do it.
